We met Klaus after a referral from a local business owner. We’d been on vacation and scouting out the Tahoe basin for a future retirement home. We very quickly developed a wonderful rapport with Klaus and respected his knowledge, honesty and patience as we evaluated multiple properties. At the time we were not immediately ready to purchase however. 2 years later, when we were finally ready, Klaus was our only choice for a realtor. Klaus remembered us and went to work. A few days later, he showed us a home that fit all our criteria and we quickly made an offer, which was quickly negotiated. Klaus did a great job for us and he will for you also.
